Great Book!! I could see myself, my co-workers and my friends in this book. It caused me to see things from the other person’s perspective so that I can become more relatable to them in our encounters. It also caused me to do some introspection and confront some of the underlying issues that I needed to rid myself of. Self-Discovery, Leadership and Purpose was brought to the forefront of my thinking causing me to ponder…what am I building in my sandbox, why and with who?
